In today’s episode, we chat with leadership mentor and business consultant Rob Lynch. Rob has run multiple companies, and we look through his eyes at the local business scene, his favorite conference, and what the obligations of a founder are to start a great company. He coaches and consults on the skills to succeed and survive during challenging times that he carries over as the CEO of multiple start-ups.
